Vacancy available: we are hiring a cook in Middlesex County, Virginia. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. On a typical shift you will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare the mise en place before each service; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
