Vacancy available: pastry baker (Imo State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pastry baker in Njaba, Imo State. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. Day-to-day duties: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Score the top of loaves before baking Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
