Immediate opening: kitchen cook (Texas)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Archer County, Texas. You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen On the job you will handle: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down 6+ years on the tools preferred.
