Now hiring: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Riyom, Plateau State. Requirements: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry On a typical shift you will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; season and marinate meat on request; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools. 1+ years on the tools preferred. ₦160,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
