Requirements: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Day to day you will explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; greet guests, seat them and present the menu.
