Urgent requirement: back-of-house cleaner (Florida)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Okeechobee County, Florida. You will work in a hotel kitchen. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) The role involves: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
