Now hiring: we are hiring an uPVC door and window fabricator in Cameron County, Texas. Your main tasks: • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents Ideal candidate: • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $6,250 per project, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
