We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Dawakin Tofa, Kano State. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Day-to-day duties: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Pay around ₦185,000 per month, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
