Counter butcher — Floyd County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a counter butcher in Floyd County, Virginia. You will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking. What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Six days a week, one day off.
