Pressman — Khana

Join our team: we are hiring a pressman in Khana, Rivers State. What we are looking for: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets Day to day you will operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; give each garment a final press before packing; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
