Abattoir worker — Gassol

Join our team: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Gassol, Taraba State. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. On a typical shift you will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry ₦7,000 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
