What we are looking for: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner You will lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
