Join our team: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Windsor County, Vermont. You will be based at a shipbuilding yard. The role involves: • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins Requirements: • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Strong attention to safety and load limits We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits.
