Kitchen steward — Albasu

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Albasu, Kano State. You will be based in a hospital canteen. On a typical shift you will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method. You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Full-time with occasional weekends.
