Oven operator wanted in Shelby County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Shelby County, Texas. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. You will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off.
