Great opportunity: we are hiring a confectioner in Middlesbrough, England. Your main tasks: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Score the top of loaves before baking • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker Rotating shifts.
