Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dough maker in Okeechobee County, Florida. Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate Day to day you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity.
