Now hiring: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Starr County, Texas. The job is on an industrial coating line. You will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
