Immediate opening: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Yenegoa, Bayelsa State. You should have: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection Your main tasks: • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
