Oven operator • Dhubri, Assam

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an oven operator in Dhubri, Assam. You will work in a bread factory. The role involves: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds We are looking for 2+ years' experience as a baker; knowledge of dough fermentation and proving; food handler / hygiene certificate. 5+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₹45,000 per project, based on your experience. PF/ESI and paid leave as per norms. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
