Immediate opening: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Ukwa West, Abia State. Day-to-day duties: • Sand and fill walls before applying primer • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller Requirements: • Own brushes and basic hand tools • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage 6+ years on the tools preferred.
