Crawler crane operator — Njaba

Vacancy available: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Njaba, Imo State. On a typical shift you will fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports; rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; work out the load weight and the lifting radius; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block. Ideal candidate: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
