Urgent requirement: deboner (Nevada)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a deboner in Eureka County, Nevada. You will work at a wholesale meat market. What we are looking for: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate The role involves: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Six days a week, one day off.
