Grill cook wanted in Biriniwa

Immediate opening: we are hiring a grill cook in Biriniwa, Jigawa State. You will work at a roadside dhaba. On the job you will handle: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down Ideal candidate: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around ₦280,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
