Butcher — Birnin Kebbi

We are recruiting: we are hiring a butcher in Birnin Kebbi, Kebbi State. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. On a typical shift you will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone. You should have: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Part-time with flexible hours.
