Cnc setter-operator — Burutu

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Burutu, Delta State. The job is in a precision engineering workshop. Your main tasks: • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part Requirements: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
