Immediate opening: we are hiring a landscape gardener in Arochukwu, Abia State. You will work at a landscaping company. Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance The role involves repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings; check and adjust sprinkler timers and irrigation heads; lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers.
