Abattoir worker wanted in Clay County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Clay County, Texas. You will work at a wholesale meat market. You will vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
