Now hiring: we are hiring a vehicle body repairer in Weld County, Colorado. The job is at an accident repair garage. Day-to-day duties: • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections What we are looking for: • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
