Great opportunity: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Bogoro, Bauchi State. You will work in a five-star hotel. Your main tasks: • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery • Clear and reset tables between covers Requirements: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
