Bread baker wanted in Jasper County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread baker in Jasper County, Georgia. You will be based at a busy bakery. Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Day-to-day duties: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Part-time with flexible hours.
