Chef de partie wanted in Nassau County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a chef de partie in Nassau County, Florida. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure You will prepare the mise en place before each service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
