Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc lathe operator in Okeechobee County, Florida. The job is in a job-work machining unit. On the job you will handle: • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets What we are looking for: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection Full-time, day shift.
