Immediate opening: we are hiring a catering cook in Boone County, Nebraska. You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Strong knife skills and speed on the line On the job you will handle: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
