Meat trimmer — Katsina-Ala

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Katsina-Ala, Benue State. Ideal candidate: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling The role involves: • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone 6+ years on the tools preferred. ₦75,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
