Now hiring: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Aleiro, Kebbi State. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. On the job you will handle: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift What we are looking for: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen 2+ years on the tools preferred.
