Vacancy available: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Sutter County, California. Your main tasks: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards 5+ years on the tools preferred.
