Urgent requirement: counter butcher (Lagos State)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a counter butcher in Surulere, Lagos State. The job is in a meat processing plant. On a typical shift you will sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. Requirements: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Full-time, day shift.
