Now hiring: we are hiring a nursery worker in Williamson County, Tennessee. The role involves: • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings • Operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn You should have: • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage 4+ years on the tools preferred.
