Great opportunity: we are hiring a plant operator in Stephenson County, Illinois. The role involves swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger; grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient; backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience on 360 tracked excavators (8t–30t) • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
