Laundry presser • Dan Musa, Katsina State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a laundry presser in Dan Musa, Katsina State. You will work at a dry cleaner's. The role involves check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; give each garment a final press before packing; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron. Ideal candidate: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Able to keep pace with line speed and piece targets Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
