We are recruiting: we are hiring a retail butcher in Monroe County, Missouri. The job is at a wholesale meat market. You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required The role involves monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
