We are recruiting: we are hiring a cook in Clackamas County, Oregon. Your main tasks: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes You should have: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Full-time, day shift.
