Counter butcher wanted in Copper River Census Area

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a counter butcher in Copper River Census Area, Alaska. The job is at a wholesale meat market. You will season and marinate meat on request; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. Ideal candidate: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate 3+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
