Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Parker County, Texas. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. The role involves keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder. You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends.
