Ideal candidate: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Good eye for colour matching and blending Your main tasks: • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
