Great opportunity: we are hiring a grill cook in Covington County, Alabama. The role involves knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; prepare the mise en place before each service. Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Part-time with flexible hours.
