Tree and shrub pruner wanted in Crook County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tree and shrub pruner in Crook County, Oregon. You will work in a botanical garden. Your main tasks: • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers Ideal candidate: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
