Great opportunity: we are hiring a mobile crane operator in West Karbi Anglong, Assam. You should bring a good head for heights for tower crane work; valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent); current medical and eyesight certificate. On a typical shift you will help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone; read and interpret the load chart before every lift; grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; carry out pre-start checks on the crane, wire ropes and hook block; keep a safe distance from overhead power lines.
