Garden maintenance worker — Lyon County

Now hiring: we are hiring a garden maintenance worker in Lyon County, Minnesota. On a typical shift you will repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs; operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades. You should have: • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
